At Haven Nature Hotel and Villas, well-being is experienced naturally. Roots Spa offers a calm environment inspired by the Aire and Candeeiros Mountains, where light, silence and natural materials invite conscious pause. The experience extends outdoors through the fitness circuit set in the landscape and the indoor gym, creating a perfect balance between relaxation and movement.
The spa is open to guests and also to external clients.

Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings are primarily reserved for hotel guests, subject to availability for external visitors.
The Spa Circuit combines water and heat experiences designed to promote deep relaxation and revitalisation. It includes an indoor heated pool, a jacuzzi overlooking the landscape, a panoramic sauna, a Turkish bath, a sensory shower and a cold bucket shower.
To ensure tranquillity and exclusivity, access is available by prior reservation only, with 80-minute sessions (except during festive periods) and limited availability.
Night Spa Circuit
A relaxing experience under the stars in a serene and intimate atmosphere with a sparkling wine toast. Available daily from 8.30 pm to 10 pm upon booking.
Prices:
• Guests. 25.00 euros per person
• External clients. 32.50 euros per person
• Exclusive use of the space. plus 55.00 euros
Massages and Treatments
Roots Spa offers massages and rituals that combine relaxation, regeneration and well-being techniques, creating sensory experiences that reflect the essence of the region. Since there is no resident spa team, all treatments and massages require mandatory advance booking to ensure a calm and prepared environment.
The Wamo Essence
Roots Spa is the first Spa by Wamo, a Portuguese brand created in the Aire Mountains. All treatments use natural products inspired by the local flora and traditions, bringing authenticity, balance and connection to the land. It is this combination of nature, simplicity and local knowledge that makes the experience truly transformative.
Outdoor Yoga and Well-being
Surrounded by century-old cork oaks, the outdoor yoga platform offers the ideal setting for meditation, breathing practices and stretching. It is a space created to pause, feel nature and regain balance.
Fitness Circuit and Gym
Although not part of Roots Spa itself, the fitness circuit and gym fully complement Haven’s well-being philosophy. The circuit, about one kilometre long, crosses the surrounding landscape and allows outdoor training in a calm natural setting. The indoor gym completes the physical experience.
